Starborn Atelier is a handmade jewelry brand based in Georgia, USA, operating under Sam Moore Photography LLC, a registered Limited Liability Company. Each piece is made to order using traditional wax carving and casting techniques. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
2. Product Availability
All pieces are made in small batches and may have limited availability. While we do our best to keep listings up to date, availability is not guaranteed. Production takes approximately 5–10 business days before shipping unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update or discontinue products at any time without notice.
3. Order Acceptance & Refusal
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. This may occur due to payment issues, suspected fraud, or material shortages. If your order is canceled after payment, you’ll be issued a full refund. To cancel an order, contact us within 12 hours of purchase.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to adjust pricing without notice. Payment is due at checkout and securely processed via Shopify’s integrated systems. Starborn Atelier does not store your credit card information.
5. Taxes
Sales tax is charged on orders shipped within Georgia in accordance with state law. For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, or taxes required by their local laws.
6. Shipping
We ship via USPS or UPS. Once a package is in transit, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or theft. If your package is lost, contact the carrier using your tracking number. For full details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
7. Returns & Refunds

All jewelry designs, images, copywriting, and brand elements are the property of Starborn Atelier and Sam Moore Photography LLC. You may not copy, resell, or reproduce any content without written permission.
9. Website Use & Conduct
You agree not to misuse our website, including attempts to access restricted areas, introduce malware, or extract content for unauthorized use. We reserve the right to revoke access to users who violate these terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
Starborn Atelier is not liable for allergic reactions, misuse of products, normal wear and tear, or damages due to external factors (such as water exposure, physical strain, or improper care). You agree to use our jewelry at your own discretion and hold us harmless from liability.
