Returns & Refunds
At Starborn Atelier, each piece is handcrafted with intention, precision, and care. Our jewelry is made to order in small batches, which means it’s uniquely yours from the moment it’s cast. For this reason, all sales are final.
We encourage you to read through the product descriptions carefully, confirm your ring size, and double-check your shipping information before placing your order. Because every piece is made just for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or mistaken orders.
Our goal is to provide as much clarity as possible before you commit, and we’re always here to answer questions before checkout if you need guidance.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We inspect each piece thoroughly before it leaves our studio, but we understand that issues can occasionally arise during transit. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we want to make it right.
Please email us at sam@thesammf.co within 3 days of delivery with the following:
- Your full name and order number
- Clear photos of the item, packaging, and any visible damage
- A description of the issue you’re experiencing
We’ll respond within 2–3 business days to assess the situation and offer a resolution. This may include a remake, store credit, or another reasonable solution depending on the nature of the issue. Please note: damage claims submitted after the 3-day window may not be eligible for resolution.
Cancellations
We understand that life happens—and sometimes you need to change your mind. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your piece will enter production and we won’t be able to modify or cancel the order.
Because each design is made to order, we begin gathering materials and working on your piece shortly after your order is placed. This policy helps protect the time and resources that go into the creation process.
Repairs
At this time, we do not offer in-house repair services. If your piece is damaged after delivery due to wear, accidents, or other circumstances, we are unable to make adjustments or repairs in our studio.
That said, we want your jewelry to be loved for years to come. If something happens to your piece, we’re happy to help connect you with a trusted local jeweler who can assess and repair it professionally. You can email us at sam@thesammf.co with a description of the issue and your location, and we’ll do our best to recommend someone near you.
